We Are Solving Problems In

Non-Revenue Water

30% globally and 38% in India (even 60% in some places), NRW causes $39 billion loss every year worldwide and results in 600 million people facing high to extreme water stress. Our aim is to use robotics and digitization to address this major issue.
Water Pipelines

Every year, 126 billion cubic meters of water is lost worldwide. Losses due to leaks, blockages, and contamination in supply networks are major contributors. Pipeline inspections can identify these issues early, improving management and reducing costs.
Wastewater treatment is a critical part of the WASH landscape, and heavily depends on sewer pipelines. These networks have to cope with challenges like aging, blockages, and root intrusions.

Our Approach
Go through our step-by step process on how we fulfill our client's needs.
01
Site Assessment and Feasibility Studies
Pipe Data
Resource Map
Cost - Analysis
To ensure a safe and successful deployment, every project begins with a comprehensive Site Assessment and Feasibility Study designed to validate that your pipeline infrastructure is compatible with our autonomous robotic technology.
Because our free-floating systems rely on intelligent navigation rather than physical tethers, our engineering team rigorously analyzes your P&IDs, geometric constraints, and hydraulic flow rates to identify potential hazards: such as sharp bends, valve intrusions, or excessive turbulence, prior to mobilization.
This critical pre-inspection phase allows us to calculate optimal launch windows and retrieval logistics, mitigating the risk of entrapment while guaranteeing the stable conditions necessary for high-fidelity mapping and data collection.

Launcher and Receiver Installations
Tailored Design

On-Site
Launchers and receivers are the "garages" of the pipeline network—sections of pipe specifically engineered to introduce or remove tools from the line. These distinct pressure vessels are critical for autonomous inspection; the Launcher acts as the staging ground where the robot is inserted, pressurized, and calibrated, while the Receiver catches the device at the end of the run.
By using a system of valves and pressure-equalizing lines, these traps allow us to deploy and recover our robots safely while the pipeline remains in full operation, avoiding costly shutdowns.

03
Maintenance and Repair Services
Regular Checkups
Quick Fix
Parts Swap
Maintenance and repair through pigging is a proactive way to preserve pipeline integrity, extend asset life, and prevent costly unplanned outages. By running cleaning and specialty pigs: mechanical, foam, gel, or chemical, we remove wax, scale, sediment, corrosion by‑products, and other debris that restrict flow or mask underlying defects.
When combined with our autonomous in‑pipe inspection technology, maintenance pigging becomes part of a closed loop: we first clean the line, then precisely locate and characterize defects, and finally confirm, through follow‑up pig runs, that remedial actions have been effective. Providing a complete, end‑to‑end approach to pipeline health management.

INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

A
MUNICIPALITIES
City budgets bleed when treated water is lost through leaks ("Non-Revenue Water"). Advanced acoustic inspection detects these leaks early, saving millions.
B
OIL & GAS
With high environmental stakes, operators use In-Line Inspection (ILI) tools ("smart pigs") to detect corrosion and cracks without stopping flow.
C
MINING & MINERALS
Mines transport abrasive slurries and toxic tailings that wear down pipes rapidly. Thickness testing and mapping identify high-wear areas before they burst.
D
SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES
Accurate mapping verifies that infrastructure was built to spec and ensures that if a fault occurs, maintenance teams can locate and fix it immediately without disrupting factory operations.

E
STATE INFRASTRUCTURE
For cross-country pipelines these services provide the data needed for long-term capital planning. They also ensure critical supply lines remain operational during national emergencies.
